{C) I need some info. How do I search for it?}
If you want to search the forum for something specific you can use the search function. To use it, just go to the board where you will most likely find the information and use the little search bar pictured bellow:
Of course this method isnt 100% fool proof, as the forum's search is a bit wacky.
For more reliable results, use Google. Just take your time to analyse if the answer you find is reliable.

{E) I know a thread that should be a Sticky, should be removed or was posted in the wrong place. What to I do?}
To bring the thread to the attention of the moderators/admin, you can tag someone on the moderator team. To do that just reply to the post with @ username of the person you are trying to contact (no spaces between the @ and the name) and the reason they are being summoned.
Another way is to PM a moderator/admin.

2. Questions about Iruna
{A) What is the current cap?}
To be informed about the current character level and production level cap, check our thread about Iruna's English Version Info, clicking here.
If that thread is ever outdated, you can post your question or your own info there to help it stay up to date.

{B) When will the next Main Quest come?}
New main quest is usually added every 2 weeks, but since we (English and JP) are rapidly catching up to the latest main quest in the original version of Iruna (on a platform called I-mode), it's likely that the time between missions will increase.
For a more accurate date of most future updates and their content (mq, skills, future cap increase, future jobs, etc...) check out the Expected Future Updates thread

As a rule, new skills are made available every 20 levels after you reach full class and you will have to complete a quest to get them.
For currently unimplemented skills, check the Expected Future Updates thread to try pin pointing the date they will be released.

{D) How can I level up fast?}
First you need to understand that nothing is all that fast. Every method will take some time and can be quite boring if you are not in the right mind set for it.
The fastest way to level is by doing Main Quest. But note that Main Quest can only take you so far and you might need to level outside it to be able to defeat some bosses. People don't like new players that beg for a boss kill instead of trying to pull their own weight. So remember to try first before complaining, begging or giving up. Also try not to snub a helping hand, even if they aren't as high leveled as you would like. Your combined efforts will help you win the fight much faster than waiting for a kind-hearted high level player to show up would.
Outside of MQ the best exp quest for players 240+ is the dirty gears quest.
If your goal is to grind the fastest way to level would be to analyze your exp per kill per second rate. That is see how much exp your target mob/boss gives you per kill and how long it takes you to kill it. How much exp do you gain every second by grinding that mob/boss? Some times it's better to kill something that gives less exp per kill, but that you are able to kill faster than to kill a high exp mob that take ages to die.
To help you with the math of leveling up, check out the Level Calculator, here.

{E) How long does it take to drop an equipment, xtal or al xtal?}
First of all remember that drops are random and it will all depend on your luck.
That being said it takes, statistically, about 100 kills to drop a lower grade rare drop (equipment) and about 1000 kills to drop a higher grade rare drop (xtals and al xtals), considering a completely average drop rate.
You can get it in more or less kills, it will all depend on your luck (and drop rate)

{F) How long does it take to drop a slot Special Equipment? And a 2 slots Weapon?}
TL;DR: a long time. Probably about 5 months.
The chance for a Special equipment Slot is 1/3000. That means of every 3k specials that you drop only 1 will probably be slotted. Keep in mind that this isnt 3k kills, but 3k equipment dropped and all special equipment are rare drops. Killing 20 stacks of the mob per day means you might get your slotted special in about 5 months if you are not extremely lucky and it will take longer if you are having bad luck.
Trying to get your slot special through production will make you run in another problem. Production has a lower rate of slot special than farming. Asobimo designed it this way to keep slot specials as a very rare, hard to get piece of equipment.
As for 2 slot weapons, the chances are 1/30000. This is even worse than a special slot, but it's a little bit better for some weapons if you take into consideration that not every weapon is a rare drop. Even so dont get your hopes too high as it will probably still take you about 5+ months of constant farming to get one.

{H) How do I make money/spina?}
Different people have different approaches to making spina.
If you like hanging out in Rokoko, server 1 during your down time (or any other crowded place, but mostly Rokoko s1) you can try being a seller.
Sell all the junk you accumulate on your adventures, farm items specifically for selling (pick things that sell fast and is relatively easy for you to farm).
If you dont mind spending a little bit of real money in the game for the comfort of not having to deal with Rokoko and buyers in person, get a Stall to sell your stuff.
If you like doing production, that can be a great source of income, since you will be able to sell exclusive items, max atk/def equipment, high grade pots and almost everything pet related depending on what you would like to focus on and your preferred selling method.
Another nice way to boost your income is to keep up with Events and possible future updates, since you can get stuff early before an upgrade comes out and be one of the first to sell the new upgrade, taking advantage of the higher price on release, or get an event exclusive item to sell. Most events give plenty opportunity for everyone to make an extra buck with some items being easily farmed by low levels and others only available for high level players.

{I) What should I be using for my Class?}
The best way to answer this question is by reading all available guides for your class in it's specific board, that can be found on the Full and Special Classes board.
If you cant find the answer to your question on the sub-boards, fell free to post your question on an existing thread there or make a new one if no other thread relates to your question.

{J) Whats the best class?}
To put it simply there's no best class. There's also no most OP class.
What we have are some really dedicated players that do their best to bring out the most of each of their classes.
Every class can exceed in something that other classes cannot.
Some are good at dealing damage fast, while others are good at taking low damage. Some keep themselves alive while others keep the whole party alive and others yet make sure the whole party is on point with their damage and/or survival skills. Some classes are good with barriers, others with high HP bosses/mobs. Some can deal awesome damage to a single target while others can attack many targets at the same time dealing a little less damage.
There's also many ways to play any given class, so we can't pick a single class as best class.
Of course there's a class that's best suited for everyone's play style and if you need a recommendation feel free to ask in the Tips ' n' Tricks board. Just avoid wording it as "What's the best/most OP class?" instead try asking "What class should I try? What's best suited for me?"
Don't forget to describe what you look for in your class and try to be very clear and as specific as possible as to what your class must have and what it cant have.

{K) How Drop Rate Books work?}
Here is how we think drop rate works (and keep in mind this is just a theory and some of those numbers might not be correct, but the conclusions we draw from it still stand).
Every item falls into a category that defines its difficulty of dropping. The categories could be common, common2, uncommon, uncommon2, hard drop, rare1 and rare2.
(Let's keep it like that for illustration purposes, since in reality we might have some more categories)
That makes 7 categories of item drop rate, every one of them with a different drop percentage that could be like this: 95%, 90%, 35%, 25%, 10%, 1%, 0.1%
So let's say you are farming Fallen Angel Grecia. Like most enemies she has 4 drops and her drops fall in the categories common, hard drop, rare and rare2 (tears, ether, rod and xtal respectively).
Each kill you will roll 4 independent dices/wheels and with a 2 star fortune and no books nor tickets the percentages of getting each item will be as described above.
If you get the Princely Rod, the game will roll 2 additional dices/wheels to determine if it's slot or not (50% chance for most gears) and what ability it comes with (25% chance for each abi most of the time. Probably goes like this: pick 1 number between 1-4. Results 1 = intelligence, 2 = hit, 3 = magic, 4 = no abi)
Those 2 additional rolls are also independent from each other and cant be affected by fortune/books/tickets.
The game will also roll this additional dice every time you drop an Al Crysta, but this time it has only 3 choices (red, blue or green) without the chance of picking the number 4.
Now with this system in mind we can try to aply the effects of tickets, fortune, books and etc...
Imagine you have a 5 start drop fortune. This means you have the normal drop time 1.5, that is 150% of the normal rate (that means 5 stars is drop +50%). With this modifier the original numbers will change to 142%, 135%, 52%, 37%, 15%, 1.5% and 0.15%. As you can see the only garantee is that you will get a common or common2 every time you roll that category of dices.
With a 30% drop from tickets and +30% drop from 4 fortune stars you have a total of 160% (1.6) modifier on the normal rolls. Im presuming the x2 drop book is just for rares so every rare drop will be modified by 3.2 (160 x 2 = 320%). That would make your drop rate numbers to become: 152%, 144%, 56%, 40%, 16%, 3.2% and 0.32%.
Even though your rare drops are much better than before it's still very far from guaranteed.
So for everyone that thinks "Why Im not getting rares at every kill (or every other kill) even with 300+% drop rate" this is the problem, right here. You need to look at the entire string of numbers not just this seemingly high modifier.
TL;DR: Fortune and books affects rare drops, but the change is so small, it doesnt make much of a difference, hence why people will claim to drop the same or more rares with lower fortune. Rare drops are a matter of effort and personal luck more than fortune and drop rate increasing buffs (but having both things doesnt hurt).

{L) How do I search JP Wiki?}
Let's say i need to upgrade a Fox Scarf in Reoctove, but have no idea where i can get one of the materials. (This works for quests and main quests too)
1st step: Locate on JP Wiki the action you were trying to do. In our case I'll locate the Reoctove's Blacksmith list and locate Fox Scarf in it.
2nd step: Hoover your mouse over the item you wanna find, to bring up a box with the original text in Japanese. Copy the Japanese name of the item you need.
3rd step: Paste the text you copied previously to the wiki's search function.
4th step: Click in the appropriate search result. In this case we want the Monster that drops that material, so we'll click on Monster/ Map name.
Remember that not all maps are available in the English version, so pick a map that was already released and try to go for one where you know you can beat the mobs.

{M) I wanna delete my character and start over. How do I keep the items I already have?}
If you want to delete a character to create a new one, but need to keep the equipment and avatars you already have, you will need to place them all in the game's storage system before deleting.
To do that you will talk to a merchant, preferably inside a city/town, and choose the option storage, like the pictures bellow:

{N) How do I get a pet?}
There are currently 3 ways to get a pet. One of them is free but takes a little time. The other 2 are fast but are either available for a limited time or need real money (those are the Event Pets and Boss/Gods Pets from Pet box respectively).
Let's talk about the regular in-game way of getting a pet at any given time.
To summon a pet you will have to get some island objects. There are many objects available in-game, so you wont need to spend real money on it. For more information about Island Objects and specific pets, check the Ultimate Pets List and Guide, here. This FAQ will only give you the basics.
Now, move to your island, following the steps on the pictures bellow. Remember to enter your island on EDIT MODE.
Now you can place your Island Objects.
After placing your objects, leave the island and come back. Again, remember to be on EDIT MODE.
If you did it all correctly, a stray pet should be lurking around in your island (here I got a stray Chiro for this tutorial)
Now that you got a stray pet, it's time to start working on making it yours so you can finally use it. To do that simply feed the pet until it reaches 500 affiinity points.
After reaching 500 affinity you will be able to name the pet and it'll be finally yours.
Once that is done you wont need to worry about it ever leaving, unless you decide to expel it.

{O) Would it work if I have same abilities of same level?}
If you have pieces of equipment with the same Ability at the same level (above lv 1), they will all work, but their effects will degrade, meaning that if you have 2 equipment with HP lv 5, one of them will work as a lv 5 while the other will work as a lv 4.
If you have more than 2 of the same lv 5 ability the 3rd one will work as a lv 3 and so on.
The exception to this rule are abilities at lv 1, since they cant work as any level bellow that. So if you have 2 equipment with HP lv 1, they will both work as their own level, with no effect degradation.

{Q) What is Apostolia?}
Apostolia is a secondary leveling system you unlock after finishing the 1st mission of Episode 3. It comes accompanied by a buff that increases your power and helps you level this new system faster, since it's generally slower to level than the regular system.
To learn more about apostolia you can check the Status/Apostolia Guide, here.

{R) How do I get a stall?}
To get a stall you have to use real money.
Stalls can be bought from the Item Shop and you have 2 available options: Chat contract and Tilia contract. You can only have 1 of each.

{T) How to do Raid and fight Sauro?}
To do Raids:
1st: To do a Raid you will firstly need to do your MQ until the unlocking point of that particular Raid. That basically means you will have to defeat all the raid bosses on your regular MQ before being able to fight their raid version.
2nd: After unlocking the raid, you will need to be in a guild or join a group chat to fight in the raid. Guild raids can have up to 100 members, all from your guild. Group raids have a limit of up to 24 players, all on the same group chat.
3rd: Move to the city that hosts the raid and to the server where everybody on your guild/group are and enjoy the raid. Don't forget to help around and leave the battle room after the last boss is defeated. Don't leech or you might get kicked out of your group raid.
To fight Sauro:
Sauro fights are locked by level. You wont be able to fight him if your character's level is lower than necessary to unlock that particular version of Sauro
