Backstab Tricks that give great damage done to surprise. If you use the skills from behind, damage becomes several times. SLv1 MP100 Assassin job change during learning (for ※ critical damage, back 5 times (throw) four times (the other), 1.8 times the side (throw) 0.8 times (the other), 0.5 times front) slv2 MP140 [surprise from behind] Quest (Lv160) clear (※ for critical damage, 6.5 times back (throw) 5 times (the other), 2.3 times the side (throw) 0.8 times (the other), 0.5 times front) ※ throwing equipment only when, the above along with the shiny effect damage of a further 2 times the damage occurs (trigger percentage in CRT values depend on the order of up to 33%) ※ 1 sec skill delay fastest DEX245 (DEX20 and shaved every skill delay -0.5 seconds correction) necessary skill delay -6 to -6.5 seconds

If 245dex is correct, so 20dex won't reduce 0.5sec delay. Thus, the fact that +20dex=-0.5sec is just approximated. The truth should be about +44.5dex=-1sec if it is flat rate. Edited : 245/5.5sec=44.5454.....

No. 20dex = -0.5sec You need 260dex to get -6.5sec cd for bs 245 dex + 15dex from buff = 260 dex

No. 20dex = -0.5sec You need 260dex to get -6.5sec cd for bs 245 dex + 15dex from buff = 260 dex Let me explain my thought. I assume relationship betweeen dex and delay are flat rate. The truth is BS has about 6.5sec delay. We need 5.5sec reduction to make 1sec delay, right. If 20dex = -0.5sec, 1sec delay should need only 220dex. 5.5/0.5 multiplies by 20 = 220 On the other hand, If 245 dex + 15dex make 1sec delay, +47.2727..dex = -1sec. 260/5.5=47.2727... or 260/11=23.6363... That means +23.6363...dex=-0.5sec What am I wrong? Please correct me if I have mistake.

20 dex = -0.5 sec 40 dex = -1 sec 60 dex = -1.5 sec 80 dex = -2 sec 100 dex = -2.5 sec 120 dex = -3 sec 140 dex = -3.5 sec 160 dex = -4 sec 180 dex = -4.5 sec 200 dex = -5 sec 220 dex = -5.5 sec 240 dex = -6 sec 260 dex = -6.5 sec From your table, it prove that 205dex+Hawkeye is enough to make 1sec delay.

How do you know that true? Did you test it? I have already tested that only dex1, +10dex from assassin class, and my lvl20+ guild will make my BS has 6.5sec delay. If I compare to the other assassins +1all stat might not make much different. So, you are wrong that I need necessary skill delay -6 to -6.5 seconds.
I just don't want to waste my stats. The fact is my skill delay is about 6.5sec without Hawkeye and equipment, so I just want to know how many dex and equipment.

This is making me confused, gears you can use are Fuma -0.5 Sushiwa -0.7 w/throw Exelis -1 Barbarotita -0.5 Green cat ears - 1 sec This is the set that I saw godofafro (aka Flarewk) use Sushiwa+Barbarotita and 185 dex, now if the -6.5 is true then it will be Suhsiwa (or Exe)+Barbarotita *QC and 185 dex

Because we dont know much about dex, look like we have incorrect informations or something more complicated, alternative equipment selection is better. I'll prove it myself about 40dex or 47.3 is correct later. My plan is adding 120dex. If 20=-0.5 is correct, my delay will be 3.5sec. If 47.3=-1 is correct, my delay will be 4sec. 0.1 or 0.2sec might be too hard to test, but 0.5 is easy to check by testing many time and finding the average.

How did you check your cd? Coz for me its ~7sec When I used Shadow Walk, I can see exactly sec I lost while I was waiting for cd. I test about 10+ times. It is hard to see 6sec or 7sec. That's why I used the average. Then, I test with my barbarotita it become close to 6sec. After that, I'm still not sure I use my other hand to use stopwatch, but that's super stupid. My hand do not have good response as my eye can do. LOL

Here is your problem. You assume that the correct result is shorter CD and you strive to prove the point. If its hard to say 6 or 7 sec with observation only you should try to measure it in other way.
I bet that someone did proper research and its possible to find it on jp blogs.
