-Uninstall, and re-install application
*By re-authenticating your Google ID (Google Account), your character data will stay available.
*Downloading the game in an area with am unstable connection can be the cause to damage of data received.

Hello Iruna Online support thank you for taking your time out to read this . I have master reset my phone and the only application installed on my phone from the Google play store is Iruna online, I have a 4G service with all bars. I do not have WiFi nor can I afford it. Only thing I can say is Iruna online worked before perfectly with me not using a VPN. I had to start using VPN as of the time Pets Were Released. Thus stating the only way I can log Iruna is by me using someone else's IP address? Is my IP address blocked by the application its self?

I have emailed them and there is the response. I've done all the steps they got no answer. I feel scammed and betrayed Iruna owch.
