Hello everyone!!!
Welcome to AoTL's first ever Banner/Signature contest!
Here's how it will work:
You guys will design an original piece of artwork to represent OUR guild that we can use as our new guild logo/banner, and we (NvrMore and I) will decide a winner, whom will recieve 15M!! Unfortunately, this banner must be digital work. We want this to be as clear as possible.
So let's break down some rules:
- All entries must be digital. Scanned drawings are allowed if they are clear/photo-shopped.
- All entries must be original. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
- All entries must include the guild's name.
- All entries must be free of profanity.
- All contestants may comment about other entries, but keep all comments positive. We do not want a fight.
- The winner shall have 2 weeks after being announced to claim their prize. After that, we will do as we please with the spina.
-Only one entry per participant. Any re-entries will make your previous entry invalid, and we ask that you remove the post containing it.
Please remember that the forum attachment limit is reached pretty frequently, so use photo sharing sites to post artwork (photobucket, flickr, tinypic, etc.).
Okay so now, let's talk about the theme. The guild's name is AoTLORD, which stands for Angels of The Lord. Obviously, we want something that can represent that. Angels, wings, heavenly scenery, halos, etc. These aren't required, but it's what we are more looking for. You can always come up with some other-worldly, epic drawing that has none of those, but still somehow represents us. Remember that the guilds name has to be on the logo. You can have it as AoT, AoTL, AoTLORD, or the full name! As long as it's there, then it's a valid entry!
Contest Date
The contest will be open for entries until 9/15/2014, at 11:59 pm EST (GMT-5 hrs). The winner will be announced by 9/30/2014 - 10/01/2014.
I will also personally message the winner to let them know that they won, and set up a meet up time/location.
Signature Contest
Okay, so I will also be holding a sub contest! This will be to get a smaller piece of artwork designed to use for our forum signatures. You are not limited to one contest, so please do enter both! The winner of the signature contest shall get a 5m prize for this one.
Rules
- Entries mustn't surpass the size of 500 x 300 px.
- Entries must be original.
- Entries must be digital.
- Entries must include the guild's name.
- Entries must be free of profanity.
- Only one entry per participant. Any re-entries will make your previous entry invalid, and we ask that you remove the post containing it.
This contest will run during the same length of time as the Banner contest, and the winner shall be announced and messaged on 9/30/2014-10/01/2014.
