Hi everybody. I don't know why but every time I try to enter the server "Eldas", the screen freezes for a minute and then it says "Unable to connect to this server".
My brother is having the same issue too, so I want to know if this is happening to someone else.
I logged once in that server when it got released, but after I made my second gmail account the game started to act as mentioned above. Maybe this is the cause?
EDIT: I received the reply from Asobimo, they just said the same you guys posted here: clear app cache, uninstall unused apps, de-sync gmail account, etc. Since I already did this and nothing changed, let's left things as this. Fortunately I still can enter the other 4 servers hehehe...

I dont know if its about your gmail, cause all of my characters can safely login on any servers without any problem  try clearing cache of iruna or re-installing it, and try clearing data of app |

I'm doing some research to figure out other possible causes, if I find something I'll post here. Thanks for the reply. |

I dont know if its about your gmail, cause all of my characters can safely login on any servers without any problem try clearing cache of iruna or re-installing it, and try clearing data of app Oh my brother re-installed the game (after an "accident" during his account changes) and the problem still persists... I'm doing some research to figure out other possible causes, if I find something I'll post here. Thanks for the reply. try de syncing the gmail that causing the issue - or simply remove it first -- uninstall iruna and delete any leftover data files that is connected to the game then nxt is reinstall and download new data --also re sync the gmail u wish to use cant think of anything else since it also never happened to me |

Thank you Sumire. sad to hear that didnt work either btw have u tried using someone elses phone . install iruna and run with that gmail .. if it works then its more of a phone issue but if it doesnt then its probably the gmail itself hope u get a reply from asobimo soon |
