I just feel so sad this class is not getting any improvement since Sicarius in term of damager.
I've been playing assassin since I started. I restatused so many time, but I just found the big wall now. I mostly can do around 350k per secound, excluding Sicarius on the first hit, but now Ninja can do 700k-800k per second with brand-new skill. In term of damager, assassin has lost this time, the first time.
Now, what should we do next? What kinds of playing style that assassin should be from now on?
This is kinds of sad for my main character.

paladins can make up to 2m of damage in 10 seconds, that's 200k, per second (if you have a set of the enemy element, and atk set and if no ailment hits or party member dies) other than that we make 40k ish per second with guardian, cmon, you are better than this °^°9

assasins don't need to tank, they're still cool, don't feel bad (^o^)/ also, it's not like any ninja can achieve that amount of damage

At this rate, i might switch to ninja as well

Not playing for at least 3 months I guess til now. Seems my classes are too left behind.
Alchemist, Gladiator, Assassin, idk about Bishop though.
Does iruna is still newbie friendly? I want to start over with something very soon.

I want to start over with something very soon. Alchemist will get new skills soon. Gladiator is still the most powerful auto-attack class. I saw 70k double attack on BW. The rate is almost certain too. For Bishop, I have no idea. I have never played magic classes that damage base on matk.

Thanks for the quick update, I rarely use pillar with my gladiator I use tempest and DB instead so yes best auto-attacker IMO. I heard Assassins skills are just an upgrade My alchemist will be strucked by ninja clan for sure when I come back. I wanna try Magic ninja.

Sicarius does stun, which makes all the difference in the world if you're solo farming.
If you're in a party, the only thing you have over a ninja is the ability to buff agi, manage hate, give free vaccines and take a warcry buff (lol). But honestly, people thought Paladins were horrible until they got Oath. Magic ninjas were a joke too until they got Silent Kill.
It is what it is.

It is really useless for high hp bosses now a day. Fast killing is still better. Sins want more damage. T-T For those ability in party, sniper can do a better job. Sins do not excel on any thing excepting evasion now. T-T

What do people do with all the extra time they save by writing "K" instead of "OK"?

Assassins could be left behind in damage but our Illusion is the best thing we could ever had. I just keep in faith we will shine sooner :3
Its just a matter of time.
Paladin before, Ninja HW now, and it will change again.

I guess Assassin does end up being the better solo class, thanks to Illusion and not getting nuked by area damage.

Even with the highest crt rate, a boss would crit 30% of the time, that's pretty easy to cover with just Yang Ninja Garb, Hard Baselard and green lines.
