Hello, I am having trouble on purchasing Coins and tickets, etc from the shop and it always says something along the lines of "having error connecting to server." My android version is 5.0 and idk what is happening. Any help would be amazing  |

i think asobimo can handle your problem best. better just send a report to asobimo. send report here iruna-online.com/sc_formyou can send report even on web browser like google chrome,dolphin,firefox,etc. not necessarily must open your iruna app first. maybe you should choose category "report a bug on the site". give details in your report that may help asobimo solve the problem, including your android version, whether you use vpn or not, using mobile data or wifi,etc.  |

Hello, I am having trouble on purchasing Coins and tickets, etc from the shop and it always says something along the lines of "having error connecting to server." My android version is 5.0 and idk what is happening. Any help would be amazing get a better connection, it means ur connection was unstable during the purchase so it cant be done. It doesnt have anything to do with ur OS. Simply putz whats happening is the money u were about to use to pay for it failed to arrive at the vendor. Item shop is web based not an app based so i think its not a bug. |

Ok I sent the email, but it did not allow me to send the screenshot. Kinda wondering still it's not just coins, but I can purchase any tickets or anything from itemshop.

If your connection is stable yet the same error happens when you are purchasing. Try to reinstall your Playstore.

Also you must contact Asobimo as well so they can know if the error is on their end but if other people are able to purchase then there must be wrong at your end maybe google framework or the playstore itself. Ok so I just did all the Cache clear and clear data on Google Play store and stuff, but i still recieve the error screen when trying to purchase. I tested out another app(Hachi Hachi) and i had no issues there what is going on?
