Could you please provide a screenshot of the process when you buy coins? (Do not include any ss that contains personal info) Because those error codes are mostly a problem between google play store, goole play services, and google services frameworks. (Example which is the error code DF-RPC-01) Once you've done the possible troubleshooting it will fix the process unless, there is a problem as well within Asobimo. Heres the possible solution 1)Clear all the cache from and force stop the following ~ Google Play Services ~ Google Play Store 2)After that Remove all of your google accounts in your device 3)Add your google account which has the payment method once again. 4)Go to google play and accept the terms 5)then try the process of buying coins again. |

Heres the possible solution 1)Clear all the cache from and force stop the following ~ Google Play Services ~ Google Play Store 2)After that Remove all of your google accounts in your device 3)Add your google account which has the payment method once again. 4)Go to google play and accept the terms 5)then try the process of buying coins again.  I always struggle to delete a google account completely from my phone without actually deleting the Google account itself, can you help?>< |

You just simply remove it. Or try to input a backup account then remove those 2 then remove the backup account. Then just add the one that has a payment method to purchase coin.
Seeing youe sync is malfunctioning that is also one of the cause why you get such an error

(In the syncing, on both accounts the inbox always fails to sync) Edit: If I were to try to delete an google account, then I would have to delete the google account entirely. Is this what you mean? |
