I am 46 lvl mage now and plan to become an enchanter. After browsing here, I heard about different builds like auto, counter, MB, and tank. But there does not seem to be a summary of all these popular builds. I think their stat point distribution and equips are different.
As for me, I am looking for a build/equip that can easily and safely solo, both mobs and bosses. May not be very party friendly but I plan to use this char to help others and my other low-level chars pass mq. May not be very strong against all types of mobs as long as those mobs are not necessary. Hopefully can relatively easy to kill some mobs with good xtals. Based on my priority, it seems auto enchanter fit me but I am newbie and can very likely be wrong.

Counterenchanter/M.blade spammer: Max INT/DEX/VIT. This is a tank build sice M.blade generate tons of aggro. Pure DPS enchanter: depending on ur weapon of choice but more likely max INT/DEX/CRT for throwing with twice attack chance and Max INT/DEX/STR for staff/cane user. In my case, thanks to apostolia, I'm building an 'hybrid' autoskill/counterchanter with Max INT/DEX, 70 AGI and rest to VIT.

I've yet to see any INT DEX CRT Enchanters lol. Maybe INT AGI CRT is what you are thinking of? Also Throwing weapons suit the INT DEX STR builds better Also with Magic Autoskill Enchanters I feel DEX is a must if you want to be effective on most bosses as some have very high EVA and you don't do any damage if you miss, faster Drain is nice too. I'd say Max INT, 135-144+ AGI, DEX higher as you get into harder content, add both AGI and VIT to preference beyond that. I guess there are also star abilities but that's not something most people are gonna put time into as they take forever.

Based on my priority, it seems auto enchanter fit me but I am newbie and can very likely be wrong. For now use the info in this thread but I will probably post a general build summary at some point as it's a little more varied nowadays. However I'm pretty sure there is some stat build info for each build in various places. Enchanter Guide This has builds and stuff for Autoskill builds and ways to build your character until 140 so you can be prepared to auto attack at level 140. There is some outdated info, especially in the tanking section lol. Also at your level your build is simple for a while, all points into INT and nothing else until it is maxed. This doesn't change for any class that attacks with magic except Magic Ninja but that class is special xD. Magic Blade stuffs This is for Magic Blade spammers. The build for this is really simple and you can function better as a psuedo Hwiz at lower levels than you can as Autoskill. However leveling from 140-220 can be difficult and you will probably won't to either just cast spells all the time or get Counter gear. There's info about Qadal on this thread but it's a mostly useless skill(just there to look pretty). Leveling tips This is a general class leveling guide. Mages can vary a good bit though. At the point you are at either do Skeletons/Bstaff quest or just catch up on some MQ to get to 50. Wizard skills will make you hit way harder at level 50 and you can start going around one shotting stuff. Getting Dark Manor unlocked through MQ is very helpful at this point as Dark Skeletons are great EXP and you will likely one shot them.
