Hi everyone will I just made a new acc today am a ex assassin so I have some throwing weps I just want to know what the stats I need to have by lvl 140 lvl 70 atm and still have all my stats point am going int crt dex for geo spam build. And what xtals and gear are good for someone that a lil poor from spending everything on a bow ninja -_- ..... But any help is welcome and thanks in Advanced for any help

Hmm, well you don't get Geobreaker lvl 1 until 180 so at 140 you can't use it. However you could level as an App Bishop until 180 and add some DEX before you add CRT and add your points so you have around 150 CRT by 180. INT is absolutely mandatory to max no matter what and should always be top priority as it does the most for Geobreaker(you obviously want to be able to crit with it still so you do want 150+ CRT before 180). App Bishops do over 1.5x the damage with Holy Light compared to App Monk or Monk so it will work well with it. When you hit 180 go full Monk and get Geobreaker and then get the other 160-180 skills.
I did the math and since DEX only affects your skill delay on Geo at 16 point intervals you would want to choose between 128 DEX(higher CRT at 180) or 144 DEX(lower CRT). It might be worth it to go up to the 144 to be honest since skill delay is a problem. Keep in mind that INT gives more skill delay than DEX so if you can get through MQ to Ep 3 and stat release then that will help a lot.
As for gear, you can probably get by with just Fuma Shuriken as a Bishop and put an HP xtal in it until 180, then get a Cerberus xtal for it. I don't know if it affects HL cast time but I doubt it. Any kind of MATK gear for Add equip will be fine until 180 as well, then switch to Barbarotita at 180. Excelis Re UP will be practically a requirement due to how much skill delay you need for Geobreaker and it's pretty expensive. Wisdom Ring(not the MQ equip, it's from a mob in the Doom dungeon) will help with skill delay at 180 as well but make your MP cost go up a lot. Disaster Stone is what you really want to go for for a special equip, even NS is better than another Special Equip with a slot and Ganei/WoL in it.

It basically only hits stuff that has already been targetted, they will be red on the minimap. So if you go to a group of mobs and use it it will only hit one unless you attack more of them first.

The initial delay should be 8.7 seconds. Tadaaaah. This probably shows how INT is more important by a lot than DEX as well lol.

And I thought Neme sucked with 17 sec delay, but at least we get -1.0SD per 16 dex (~ minimum 1SD @ 256) With Dex @1 (if I am running around with Bish's Quick @ -1.5S) what would be the ideal Stats and Gear for Geo Build?

Geo is a physical attack and is affected by CRT like auto attacks are and is also affected by Shell Break. That's kind of why people compare their damage to Assassin's so much. Shell Break practically doubles the damage on bosses basically lol same with double backstab. They also like to be in that 100k+ DPS club when well geared and no one else does lol(Sniper and Gladiator are almost there).

Just curious why Str and not Dex. Even with the 2 atk STR vs 1 atk DEX, Dex adds cspd and matk while Str does nothing else.
