My device doesn't overheat now. But it does, before. I'm using nexus 7.

For my Galaxy S3, for some odd reason, every time I'm at the scorched tunnels, my battery starts to heat up dramatically. Strange... :/

Using Galaxy s2, it does say the phone is over heating.. but I ignore it. Battery never dies if on charge and still charges as fast as when I first bought it.
My display settings are on the lowest possible though

Yeah my xCover 1 has the overheat issue in every way i play the game. But at least when i lowered the phone brightness the battery consuption went half. Well i ignored the red bar on top right(battery indicator ofc) in beginning i got the game but then i installed a program called battery indicator which showed me the temperature of the battery was like +60 celsius it burnt my fingers when i touched it lol. Then i heard idd in some place (was it japan or china) those models of the phone i got has blown because of the battery overheat and got paranoid. Better just buy nex 7 and be in peace

I also found that when my phone told me it was over heating it was because my finger was over the holes where the sound comes out of (Galaxy s2)

Putting them inside the fridge might damage the device from moisture. ._.
