Mirage stone doesn't display its hidden effect of reducing damage btw in the battle log. I don't know if its dependent on any particular stat aside from needing 50mp for it to proc. all I can say is that it does reduce damage and it's proc happens 100% of the time I got confused. SS1 says you get 30 dmg without mirage stone. then when you equip the mirage stone, you got 166dmg and 162dmg (SS2). I didn't use Licht armor because I get 1dmg without buffs which will defeat the purpose of the test (since 1dmg will not change with or without the stone)

But there is clearly a difference with the damage being reduced (take note on the critical from 1200+ to 400+) Magic stone mirage
DEF: MP is to reduce damage by consuming 0-3 MP is not invoked if missing (hidden Correction: INT + 1 MaxMP + 15%)
Available: Apis Lv247 · 248 · 249
Sale price:
Remark: (other than field effect) activation of 100%, about 7% to 10% damage reduction rate of about 10% MP = consumption alleviating damageMaybe its mp dependent. not sure though lol .-. what gears did you use with licht to make it 1 dmg without buffs? I'm really curious on how this is even possible .-. im speaking on average of course even with magic/critical/normal hits.

Ss2 crit dmg was after Idealsol reduction and parry. ss1 was crit without parry. The comparison Is not apple to apple. btw I meant I get 1dmg normal atk with licht. Crits still hit me 250dmg with parry and 2k+ magic (since I only have 600+mdef).

I think so from comparing the differences yeah around 10% seems so, though the reductions were different at times so i can't say its fixtated at reducing damage by 10%, it changes sometimes so it might be like a chance of 10% then at a different time 7%? probably just like what the wiki states about it lol, its around 10% though

I don't know... the numbers are kinda all over the place to really gauge Any difference between the two sets. I did a quick Average, without taking the Parry dmg into account
A1 non crit 503 609 609 695 Ave: 604
A1 crit 1379 1379 1409 1409 1429 1429 1491 1525 1734 1734 Ave: 1491.80
A2 non crit 488 640 Ave: 564
A2 crit dmg 1272 1450 1450 1494 1693 Ave: 1471.8
For non crits, ave dmg went down by 6.7%. Ave crt dmg went down by 1.25%

Also i think mirage stone's effect affects everyone in the party, from what they were telling me, their chars were turning 'invisible'? whenever it proc-ed. So maybe the effect goes to everyone within the party if this is true? I'd need people to come to try this test again to see if its effect goes to everyone in the party lol .-.

Thanks! May have to try it out HW still gets crunched during runs lol P.S. I'll post later after I check but you can add Orichalcum ring as part of the HP Set in Special. Adds 15%-17% (Almost positive it gave more HP than KG but will double check) My mistake (finally took PLD out of storage lol) Oreichalcum ring gives less than 15%, closer to 12% (Less than Knight Gauntlet for sure, but greater than 10%).
