Gmt plugin for rkoko stuff?

By this i mean a status-kind of plugin where user enters his/her own gmt area,and a time when usually online(gmt+0 08.00am-12.00am) and other people sees the time on their own screen shown as in their Own gmt.
Like player a status is gmt+2 08.00am-12.00am, player b status gmt+4 08.00am-12.00am, player a looks player b status(for example shown simply under name in forums,or in signature) player a sees player b status shown as online 10.00am-02.00 pm in own screen.
I dont know did you understand this, but i think this kind of plugin would be in plugin library, at least i believe it should be possible to make. I know forum space is limited but is there such plugin. In the end this could be useful, people could know when to check sell topics for being online.
