OK so I just completed the goblin mine quest from Tilia near the beginning of the game and upon completing this quest I was awarded a goddess amulet which I didn't get. My inventory was not full I did not log from the game or lose connection with the server. how do I contact a gm or let the developers know about this problem so it can be fixed?

Certain key items never appear in your inventory, you should be fine to continue the storyline.

Those are mq items I believe .-. If you go to menu>character>quests and click the top quest you will see it there. That means it isnt actually your item but its an item for the story so you will eventually give it to an npc or use it in cutscene. |
