So hmm... I haven't extensively tested this yet but so far...
NOT A true AoE. It will hit already active targets (attacking and being attacked by you and/or PT) but not adjacent mobs regardless of proximity. Meteor, for example, has a Very small proximity vs EQ but it can hit up to 3 non-active mobs if close enough.
6 hits hit active mobs randomly. I've seen a Nekmott survive a hit because only 1 of the 6 hit it while the other hit an Ent
What does Frozen do (what ever that ailments it hits the mob with)?

it slow the mob/boss when he want aggro you. and the 6 hit aren't shared with 3 mobs, it depend of your CRT, without crt, blizz can deal 1 to 6 hit, with 30 crt (like me) you can deal 4 to 6 hit and never 1,2 or 3 hit
The more crt you have, the more you have chance to deal 6 hit
sorry, my english suck

Blizz is a PT Ranged atk so it won't affect other mobs unless u had already damaged it. To 6 hit more often u need crit.

Thanks guys, that makes sense. Didn't know CRT affected those (possible?) 6 hits.
