Yeah I think so, Last year I was looking for tablets and Kindle doesn't have google play, It has Amazon, so I dowloaded the Amazon app store, and Iruna was there, but I didn't get The Kindle Fire because it didn't have google play and all of my paid stuff is on there >:3

if im not terribly mistaken, kindle is android based but heavily skinned till its called a whole new OS rather than a skinned version of android. i doubt it would run iruna but there is still a possibility since it still heart an android source codes.

You need to ROOT your device and put a custom ROM onto it, that will give you the play store, then you can download and run whatever...

Also note that to play Iruna, you'll have to install a keyboard as the stock kindle keyboard does not provide the Enter key when playing.
I have Iruna up and running on my Kindle Fire, and I use the Swiftykey keyboard.

I have checked on kindle, surprisingly they support Iruna. But the performance might not be as good as Note 3 or Ipad
