The previous reply is for lvl 2 if you have that already kijumu in witch hunter woods drops the book for lvl 3, wish you luck in your adventure ^^

Well, i had to recheck but apparently we're both wrong. Mana mastery (not mana recover, self) is from quest the making of magician from rita, in the witch hunter wood.
