I think not.
If in cases where it would work, adding it would a bit of a waste as Gilgobble damage multiplier is 1.2 and that double attack 3 for assassin has a 1.6 damage multiplier. Producing more level 1 double attacks than 3 is terrible, in my opinion.

Gilgoble on assassin is like mana wave on any mage class. Its useles if u have higher lvl skill and waste of socket when u can use better xtals
