Hello all, Lurker here.
I've recently gotten Accelerate and for the life of me I can't find out any use for this skill. When I use it my attack speed goes from 52 to 61 and my cast speed goes from 928 to 972 with my cast speed set. I also don't see any (noticeable) increase to my movement speed so what gives?
Any answers are greatly appreciated, thank you!

Oh wow, how embarassing. I don't know how I skipped over that, I was literally looking at the guide as I made the thread...
