Well like title says, we all know have heard a lot about stuff like that, and its funny, interesting but not always 100% true XD Like here, I'm from Mexico and many people from basically all the world have heard that we only eat Tamales, Tacos, Burritos, Tequila, we use Ponchos and enormous hats, we have Chihuahua Dogs and we are born with a Football Soccer Ball.
You know another fun thing about Mexico you would like to tell me? Or something interesting about your country?
Thanks ^_^

I heard fried rice is common for mexican breakfast, maybe all time, And the color is red cuz of tomato. At here we have a dish called tomato rice. The color looks same to mexican fried rice. Btw my country used to be the well known trade hub for immigrants at ancient times. Say, does mexican has smoked bananas too? The banana is smoked until pale brown color.

Well, we do no usually have food like that as breakfast, normally is bread, cereal, eggs, cookies, tortas, tamales and stuff like that. After holydays many people make a LOT of tamales, and normally whe could spend days or even weeks eating tamales until you end hating them XD About the rice, its pretty common here to fry the rice, then boil it it with "Consomate" (Which is a small square made of condensed tomato, salt and spices) or "Ricopollo" (This is a small square made of condensed chicken soup), even this last one is a meme here, and theb eat it at midday I havent seen yet smoked bananas, but fried bananas, yes XD Sounds weird but, yeah, people cut something that they call translated to english "Male Banana" (Which is like a normal banana, but, it is not too soft, and has consistency like its immature), those are sliced like potato chips and then fried, those taste like chips, but sweet.

Oh dat banana maybe plantain, Some native use dat as staple food. Its like banana but its abit bigger, more starchy and less sweet than banana and its great for making chips. Usually at here we use unripe banana to make chips or if translate into english at here its called 'young banana'.
