Hello.
I was seeing some old forums and things, and I saw something that I forgot: Some rumours of cancelled skills.
(Based in what I found and my memory):
High Wizard
Bandit (Lv 240)
Looks like this skill was the beta version of Dark Javelin (Even with the same effects and element), and HW were intended to have it instead of Imperial Ray.
Chronoshift (Lv 260)
This skill would be similar to Bishop's Quick, but with the difference that it makes SD lower, CASPD faster, and after it ends, CASPD slower.
Samurai
Seppukku (Lv 240 or 260)
This skill basically would be able to kill yourself just with using it.
It would had the effect of pet skill "Escape"
Ninja
Yamabiko (Lv 280)
It would be like HW's Double cast, but, on a Ninja.
(Skill which I do not remember its name) (Lv 300)
Well, this skill was one which would let you use your Spina to deal damage.

I think assassin would get their aoe skill with name shadow assault and it is cancelled cuz assassin is made for 1 vs 1

These are not cancelled skills. They actually existed in the i-mode version. But on the smartphone version they decided to replace them with other skills. Taken from JP wiki: Order pain -> Knight Oath Aspis sole -> Grand Crusade Loser Pain -> Pillar Blade Rampage -> Bloodthirst Anesis lv2 -> Ambush Yoareg lv2 -> Faint Arrow Shadow Assault -> Venom Fist Bandit -> Imperial Ray Cronos Shift -> Grigori Mana Recovery lv7 -> Bandersnatch Cast Barrier lv4 -> Zero Ray Instinct -> Shippu Jinrai Throwing Money -> Domination Yamahiko -> Katon lv4 There are some other skills written in there but they don't have arrows indicating the replacement, maybe they were cancelled or idk. wikiwiki.jp/iruna-online/Android版・iOS版/スキル |

But its amazing for me that I saw a video a I-Mode Bishop using a weird purple rod with like 3 branches fighting Agira Jarma at 2008. I remember one about PVP too. |
