Interested if anyone else playing this and might have some other lessons to pass on to other new players.
Prolly have some other stuff later, but most importantly so far for me is when you first set up your domain, on the island you pick, do it right where the raft is as it serves no purpose to set up strategically away from the boat as I first thought. It just wastes time.
Also for things like shelters, fires, taming pens and most importantly, the animals contained within those taming pens, there is nothing that makes them specifically yours. Just caught something to ride around on, took over an hour for it to be tamed. Had about 5 min left and figured could come back to it after some missions and some grinding, only to find someone had claimed it for themselves. Lesson learnt. Set up pen on my own island in my own domain.
