our skill delay is finally fixed! Wraiths now have 1 second skill delay! Everyone rejoice!

So lately i been seeing alot of necros using agi can anyone explain the use of agi in the build? Mainly Eva/Magic amp. Personally i don't see much use in Eva for Necro,Whenever i do die its definitely not to something Eva wouldve saved me from. Not to mention the Eva needed would seriously limit gear options. But it's an option nonetheless. Magic amp is a nice spec after all, +500 or so base matk at cap Agi. |
