im not sure if this is a way for the game to ban you or its just a glitch. but all my skills are gone, i can still log in and see my account and stuff but there no skills:( i have another account and all the skills are fine. so
i thought they were banning my main account but i dont recall doing anything wrong!

What exactly do you mean when you say that all your skills are gone? When you touch Menu->Character->Job, do you see your skills there? |

this has happened to me too, all the shortcuts I've made just disappear. I relog and they're still gone, usually happens when I search for items in stalls. I don't know why this is but it is quite annoying.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling maybe something happened during a patch?

Happened to me too, just reinstall, you'll lose all your downloaded data, but is ok, we can always download it again

It can happen because of slow network, when network disconnects in the middle of any loading, the data gets some errors, the data will just redownload, but the error will continue if there is network problem.
