Small Guide+Video for High Wizards

!!JUST MY PERSPECTIVE ON SOLOING BOSSES AND WHAT WORKS FOR ME. EVEN IF YOU DO THIS I CAN GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SOLO EVERY BOSS.!!

-The purpose of this video is to:

Share a few strategies I have when fighting bosses, Show the strategic aspects of being a high wizard, Showing off another cool high wizard video for new/old players thinking about being a High Wizard and to crush some stupid High Wiz stereotypes.

Few Notes:

-Keep rem(s) at all times to handle MP deplete. They cost about 9.9k a stack at almost any merchant
-Keep rev(L) (heals 1000 hp) and Onigiri (heals 10% of your max hp)
-Keep vaccines (currently only poison,blind and paralyze)

--Get a feel for the timing of your skills/skill effects.
Frozen status lasts about 30secs(slows down mobs movement but idk about its effects on bosses)
Paralyze lasts about 10secs(reduces attack and magic speed)
Blind lasts about 5 secs(reduces opponents chance to critical hit)
Drain 2 lasts 60secs and gives hp every 5 secs(Steals HP from the enemy for a period of time)

Video Explanation:

1. Drain-Thunder Lead:
This combo is meant to set the pace of the fight. This sets every boss at the same attack speed and gives you a lot of time between attacks for other spells, healing, etc. Both VIT and AGI based high wizards will be able to use this to their advantage. Although this is how to lead, its smart to pepper thunderbolt throughout the fight and drain every 50secs or so especially before or after a boss boom.

2.Keeping Distance:
This is a must when fighting as a high wizard. This helps you buy time, keep yourself save vs slow moving opponents and if you happen to die at a distance and drain brings you back it easier to escape and heal up.

3. Playing Possum:
The phrase Playing Possum actually means to play dead, but thats not what happens and the name just sounds cool. This is when you get up close and attack or let the enemy attack you and you run away. Its easier to run away in a straight line. Most bosses attack in sets of 2 before they move. That mixed with paralyze makes escape easy thanks to being slowed down. This is useful after a boss boom or if you need to recover and adjust to a situation.

4. Brawling:
This is exactly what it means! Good ole man/woman/it to man/woman/it fighting. BUT this is extremely dangerous if used wrong. Only do this if you feel that the opponent wont boom in your face, does not damage you enough, or if the opponent is slowed or on the brink of death. Brawling at the wrong time and against the wrong boss is suicide.Also if you brawl, have at least enough mp to get the job done. Don't want to MP recharge AND get hit by the boss.

5. Blinding
This is more important for AGI build High wizards because it makes evasion useless. Blinding by using Thor Hammer is meant to keep the opponent from critical hitting you for a short period of time. The skill delay sucks but with certain gear it shouldn't be a problem. Also the odds of it blinding when it hits are about 50/50 (Just in my own experience).

6. Make use of Element Boosts:
To end the fight as soon as possible you'll want to deal as much damage as possible and its easy by attacking with the opposing element. In the last clip against Gadave i did not know what element he was so if you can, take the time to attack with different skills to find which element hits hard. There is a lot left out but this should be a good starting point to make your own strategies. Once you get the feel for it you can do it all without thinking. Maybe your doing this now! Again, this is just my way of doing boss fights, just my perspective and what works for me. This wont allow you to solo every boss. In the end a high wizard is still a high wizard.
