how should i add 442 stats for an alch
and in future which stats should be added?

Int dex vit then blue /green
Or
Int dex vit str crt if u want bleed dmg to be higher

With good resist, 100vit is ok, add more of you want even more stable survival. Int and Dex are very important, int>dex. It directly affects your ailment damage, increases cspd and, Def & Mdef with Magic Barrier. Crt affects your bleeding damage(which is low compared to other ailments, but activates often) and i guess your auto crit; personally i haven't added any crt.
I have heard some alchemist like to add gr as well as agi to boost their survival more because after having high dmg mitigation why not just not receive dmg at all.
•Int Dex are a must for dmg
•A resist set with no vit doesn't help much, so you kinda need vit some
•Gr and agi can help but i don't think you should focus on that anytime soon (Not sure if bleeding procs if you evade the atk so may/may not affect your total DoT)

Ok guys I am adding 256 INT 143 vit and 43 Dex. Is it ok?

I maxed int vit first and used counter sets/bleed/reflect to start with then added dex. This worked very well for me but everyones play style is different.
