Well, this is happening to me from a few weeks. Every time I try to login with my Wi-fi connection (even others) it shows Authentication failed popup.
The strange thing is that sometimes it works again for a few days, but then again the error. The solution I've found is an VPN application, but since yesterday, it won't work even with the VPN. I don't know what to do... internet works perfectly on other games. Any of you have any tips?

I know its silly but.. did you try restarting your device? I only ask cuz sometimes people dont turn their phone off for anything >.> I have the same problem on my tablet despite it being fine on my phone, restarting it helps. If that doesnt help, go through the other usual procedure of deleting and redownloading the app or app cache/data. If your internet browser on your device is slow, its possible the problem could be your cell provider or the wifi modems you've connected to are having difficulties keeping up with iruna. Best example I can give of this is that, I travel alot, my connection could seem fine but give me the "Authentication Failed" screen regardless of whether I can use my wifi for other apps, and I see that quite often on trips.
If all else fails theres 2 possibilities I can think of: -The most recent update is having trouble with your devices compatibility -Your device is too old or too new to continue running iruna.
with either case (for newer devices regarding the second one), usually a few updates down the line will help, though may not be a complete fix for everytime you try to log on.

Yeah, I have tried restarting, deleting Iruna, cleaning cache, data and etc. My cellphone isn't old, the version is above the parameters. Internet works fine with more internet reliant games, but yet, no matter if I change the Wi-Fi connection, it seems to not work It only works if I use VPN from my same country, Wich is just stupid. Well, at least VPN worked this time, but I have already sent ticket for Asobimo. Hope they fix it ;-;
