So how exactly does Sicarius work? I read somewhere that it can proc when fighting an enemy that is a lower level than I am and that I must have a combined total of str and int that is greater than 307 and I have 40 str and 275 Int and it almost never procs and they stun aspect absolutely never procs. Could someone possibly explain how it works to me?

Get your STR to 75, then it'll proc.
Even if the combined total is 307, it won't proc if your STR is lower than 75 or your INT is lower than 150.
Sicarius stuns bosses whose lvl is lower or equal to your lvl and sometimes mobs too.

Could someone possibly explain how it works to me? I would like to add a note that it may be (or have been, a few years ago) possible to stun bosses at/below your level even if you didn't have str at 75 points. I very clearly remember leveling at sofys (floor 6 divine tower) with well past 340 int (forgot exact value) and 0 str. It might not be a thing anymore, but I overcapped Int until level 100 apo before really adding str, because I felt I needed the mana pool, and the stun worked the same. However, your int is only 275, so like nightbreeze said above this post, getting str to 75 will allow you to stun. To specify what Sicarius really is: It's a passive, so it just adds an effect to your backstab. It does multiple things, so I'll define the differences. 1. Increased first hit damage. - somewhat like double backstab, but on the first hit. Double backstab and sicarius are not the same, but the values are somewhat similar, so we can just say sicarius gives double backstab damage.
2. Stun - the skill backstab is guaranteed to stun bosses that are at or below your level, given that the boss still retains 95% or more of its max hp. - On bosses above your level, you have approx. a 60% stun chance. It stuns more than half the time, but nowhere near a guaranteed stun. The 95% max hp rule remains. - On mobs at/below your level, you have a 5% chance of stun, and the 95% hp rule applies to mob hp. In other words, you stun mobs once in a long while. - Anything with below 95% hp will never get stunned by you. - Special stunning scenarios: At the end of your stun, if the boss is not below 95% health, you are guaranteed your hits will stun until the boss health < 95%. But assault may not remain. - Assault: Increased attack buff that is triggered upon stun. It lasts as long as your stun (most of the time). Assault can only be triggered, not cast, and it can be debuffed by bosses that remove all continuous effects. Assault basically forces you to hit your maximum double backstab damage continuously for the duration of your stun. A boss like Jahoel can debuff assault off the player, but cannot remove stun off itself. All stuns triggered by Sicarius are inescapable and non-removeable.
