Good day, I a an incovenience. First, i had iruna online on my iphone 5s, but i restored my iphone, now that i installed again iruna. i cant get my character. I need help pls. i connected my gmail account with my iphone in setting but still cannot connect to my iruna account.

The physical condition of your phone, or even the data on it, has nothing to do with the information of your character saved on the servers in relation to your account. You connected your gmail account with your iphone? I am curious about this. Gmail accounts are usable on android devices, such as android phones, tablet, etc. I would assume your iphone uses an apple account... In short, installing and uninstalling cannot affect character information on Iruna. You also cannot exchange character information between two accounts. For example, a gmail account cannot be transferred onto an apple product. Apple account character cannot be used with gmail, even if it is on the same device. You need to have your original account to find your Iruna character again, regardless of device origins. edit: please post in troubleshooting next time! |

Isn't it something to do with Apple device I'd. I may have heard that if you reset ur device you sometimes or always get designated a new I'd so unless u do something in advance you can totally lose access to ur account.
Am I tripping?

i guess i connected my iruna account with my app store account. I needed to have a app store account to be able to download iruna. I have my app store account where i created my character but still cannot see my character. Sorry for my badm english. I speak mostly spanish.

Your account is associated with an ID of your device, and I think even just doing a factory reset can reset this ID, resulting in you losing access to your account. Although I don't use iOS, from what I understand the only way to backup your account is by doing an encrypted backup with iTunes. I think this stuff is written in Asobimo's FAQ, btw.

Try going to game center and logging in, thats how I moved my characters form phone to phone.
