these past few days ive experienced a game crashing to my ipad desktop home page sometimes when i try going to island or it freezes and then when i reload it after hitting home button to fix freezing it crashes as well. The island process that usually crashes it in the evening is menu, go to island, confirm yes, freeze and crash, sometimes it makes it to the go to island screen and i press edit mode and it crashes while loading it. Any ideas on what is causing it? I am on ios latest version on my ipad, and yes my ipad is not rootbreaked either as far as i know.

Happened again at 6:02 pm central time ,as soon as i set foot in my island, it crashed to desktop. It usually happens around that time i think. Is kinda driving me crazy a bit.

I'm no tech genie so I could be wrong, but I'm guessing your island files are corrupted or something. Is it possible to access iruna files on ios? If you could delete those corrupted files, it might fix the problem |

Not that i know of, i wouldnt know how to access the game files, even if i could. I didnt go to island at the time it usually happened today so maybe it was a bad connection or something, my connection has either been dropping or losing the signal for past couple days or i experience major lag. Not sure if they are related to the game crashing or not.

Not sure if they are related to the game crashing or not. Iruna crashes every now and then for me as well, but there's no pattern like 'whenever I go to my island' or 'every 15 mins'. Even then, I don't think it ever crashed while reconnecting/due to slow internet connection. Lagging could be one of the culprits. Anyway, I guess I can't help out here. Gl! |

If you could delete those corrupted files, it might fix the problem I think deleting the app deletes all the game files. But don't quote me on that, since I'm not an iOS fan. |
