Hello! It seems nobody has answered you yet, so I shall.
Noting that you are an apprentice wizard, I am going to assume you want to become a job that is wizard-derived. The three that those are: Necromancer, High Wizard, Enchanter.
There is a PLETHORA of information in just this forum alone to give you an in-depth understanding of each class, their best builds, and the best gear. Before you start assigning more stat points, read through some discussions in the forums about those classes. You can also try to contact the people who post and ask them to explain to you some things about the class they play. Your stats are messy, and it seems unclear what you want to do with your character. Most people fill 1 or 2 stats at once before moving on to the third stat, but you can still make do with what you have.
Most magical damage builds are Int/Dex/Crt, and Magical tanks are Vit/Int/Dex, in no constrained order. From experience, I will say that in the higher levels, only good tanks are wanted in a party to be a full tank. Therefore, you should not put too many points in VIT if you don't want to tank. I will also say that out of the three wizard jobs, the only good tank is the Enchanter. If you are just adding VIT to make leveling and MQ easier, yikes... unless you are willing to pay for a stat reset later on. They are approximately $10
A lot of people will tell you the fastest way to level up is to go beg at 3i or yardes, but I am going to say don't do it. I would say the only solid reasons an under-level character should be there is if it is an alternate character and you have two devices, OR a very close friend has personally offered to take you there so you can catch up to them and play together. The reason I say this is because it is a small world, and Iruna players have a bunch of characters each. If you beg them and annoy them, they will remember you. If you joined their guild to get help and didn't help them back, they will remember you. When you are a high level character, some people will avoid you. Myself, and a large group of friends I know who are very strong players, avoid beggars like the plague.
I am not going to link the leveling guides, as the exp is slow, and those are a bit old compared to many new game updates.
Instead, you can do you main quest until Dark Domain
An alternate mob to Dark Warriors is Flame Rockers in the Scorched Tunnels. If you want a little bit of exp and some pocket change, kill kijimus outside Sofya for an hour or two. They drop a lot of common items you can sell to the merchant or people doing Production. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO LEVEL UP BEFORE TRYING TO FARM FOR GEAR. Try your best to get to Wibo City. Your gear is not great, but you can do it by draining and running, and popping Revita L's you get from Dark Warriors. (maybe ask an occasional person for help).
Once you get to Wibo in main quest, go back to Sofya on Server 1 and join the level 140 Group raid. Your damage will be crap but you can drain the bosses to do something, and heal the fallen xD. Nobody will kick you even if you are low level as long as you contribute. The exp is quite good, and the money is good. Save up your elemental beads, sell the other gears either right there in Sofya Server 1, in your group chat, or open a trading group chat. Sell gear with abilities for good money. By the time your MQ reaches Elban City, you can synthesize the elemental beads into Empty Crysta. Those sell very well (as of today, I believe 15million is the unit price). Keep doing your main quest as much as you can, and raid whenever your drop rate or exp rate is good. Save up money, purchase gear related to your job, and reach Drafbourg through MQ. By the time you reach Drafbourg, you will be very close to if not already the 3rd tier job. I do not have a well-built and finalized wizard of any of the 3 jobs, so I can't describe to you what it will be like, or any good tips.
However, in terms of starter gear, I have a few suggestions for when you collect a little bit of money:
Weapon: Black Mage Staff (Good for all magic. You can save up for Staff of Dawn, Tellas, etc. when you are able to farm bosses or materials that sell well).
Armor: Mage Garb (you already have this), Tunic (this can be re-upgraded. It get a LOT stronger.)
Additional: Taenia Beret (Great addition to boost your magic power)
Special Gear: Seahorse Bangle (You can heal your own mp, so even though it stops your mana regen, the 1500 hp boost is wonderful at low levels.)
Last but not least, do not listen to a lot of people who say they "save their mq" until 100, or 200, or 300... etc. Breaking level cap is only done by people who already have a character at level cap and want for more. Plus, the exp you may save by not doing MQ now is so insignificant that all the quests from the first 4 towns will not move your exp bar one pixel if you do them after level 300. Instead, you will want to use that exp to level up now so you can grind for money more easily, access bosses in raids, and more. It was long, but I hope what I said was helpful. Feel free to message me or look more around at some old guides for leveling. Good luck! You can definitely do it if I could!
