Ok, so a couple of years ago I created an iruna account using a hotmail email address, now when coming back to the game it will only let me enter a google account, rendering my account unplayable, when opening iruna it brings up the accounts I can connect with, while all my google accounts show up, my hotmail one doesn't. I have tried linking it to a google account and setting it as the primary address but to no avail as nothing I can do will let me access my account, if I didn't have a lot of stuff that took me a long time to get I would just create a new account, so please don't suggest that. I have contacted the iruna staff about this, and all I got was an automated response, nothing else, no attempt to help me fix the issue the useless bastards, can anyone help?

You can only play Iruna for Android with a Google account. At least, it's been this way for the last ~4 years I've been playing.
So, if you did indeed play before, try to remember which Google account you used.

You must be confusing things, because there's no way to use any other type of account - it simply doesn't appear in the account selection popup when starting the game for the first time. |

Did you have an ios before? Unfortunatly you cant cross platforms if thats the issue.
