someone with same problem? my wifi conection is working fine, i play other games this problem is just with iruna
i already clean game data, I deleted and downloaded again , reboot my tablet and nothing.

As for the issue: I have had that error multiple times before but it’s always due to poor internet connection (Only in Iruna, other games work perfectly fine) or I didn’t close the application properly the last time.
It usually fixes itself after closing all background apps, restarting my phone and reconnect to the internet.
If you have another device maybe try downloading Iruna there (with the same account) and see if it works. If it doesn't then probably it's an issue with your account at that point try contacting Asobimo.

Make sure to backup your files before you do this, though. Additionally, you could try getting an APK from google instead of the Google Play application. If the newest version isn't out, you can try to get an older version then try to update it through Google Play, and try logging into your account when you've done this.

Krish (Retired Player) i did all you said, still not working. Mocha❀モカモカ i restarted my modem and tested it on another device and keep same problem. so i came to iruna page on google play and noticed its not only me with this problem, how can i contact asobimo?
