Ryukengan "nulify damage taken few times by chance" does this means we can still get hit while still having clones? Also "by chance" does this mean it has something to do with autoskill?

Lol, ench which can do high dps & tanking at same time via auto attack will no longer exist :/
Btw, I hope they increase hate adjusment for magic blade too because this skill is only tanking skills for ench in future. But, who knows, maybe autoskill able keep hate when your hate gauge is high.
Btw no sign for ench skill adjusment so far? o.o Well, ench is good class for now and I hope they dont screw their skill too much (especially enchanter autoskill damage related skill :3). I just hope they add enchant barrier (autoskill by defense) and increase magic blade hate rise.

Clone no longer best defensive skill? I hope they can add some skill that useful for magic ninja because even with clones, their survival still low (and now even worse with cancel damage by chance :/)

Cool *^* Magic Blade will be only tanking (+hate gaining) method for Ench. Monk will get less hate, making them not hit much.
MB Ench + Auto Monk = Perfect Party owo

Kazu I don't know for sure but I am assuming that it is just like you said. There is only a certain chance for your clone to negate the damage and from the way they worded it it will probably scale with autoskill. Makina Yuki tbh the hate nerf to autoskills is justified. I generate more hate on my lvl 263 Enchanter than my lvl 330+ Paladin who has over 100% hate. I am more surprised that people seem to be fine with the critical damage and magic damage nerfs. Unless your class is getting a damage buff if you rely on one of those two damage types it will basically be a pretty hard nerf to your overall damage.

If the part about the clones is what you guys say, then I hope the jp folks complain and Asobimo doesn't make this stupid change, because this will basically ruin the ninja class. Clones are what make ninjas ninja. Plus their survivability is already not that great, with SK using a clone and the ailment vulnerability. I just can't imagine how ninjas will solo stuff if this change happens..

If a survey is carried out and the majority moan ninja this or that it's obvious they gonna get fudged likewise the clones are often thrown around as a reason ninjas have it easy also cos they can do this and solo mq yadda yadda. Ninja haters..and I've seen the exact thing here (albeit not recently) I very much expect that the class will get ruined afterall they have listened to what ppl say and ppl often do not explain themselves well....and can certainly be harsh. Anyway its all good. Wish whatever is gonna happen would hurry up though. Green mile anyone? Jks.

Oh another thought. When balance changes I feel it would be fair to everyone if there was an xx time of being able to remove xtals and als freely. Restat freely etc. Oh and potentially job change freely. Afterall iruna is and characters are generally an ongoing work in progress but moving goal posts is one thing but changing rules,formulas and definitions (mid game) is a bit bad.

It is not only clones that is what makes a ninja a ninja, but their balance between magic and melee is what makes them truly ninjas. And in all honesty, I hope this does take quite a hard hit for those who decided to go down the melee route as they barely even use the wide array of skills they have in their arsenal. It probably won't take much of a hard hit for silent killing builds, but rather make them focus on using some of the spell casts in their combination as well. Ninjas are, to me, seen more as a damage class that basically becomes one with the shadow. However, thinking about it, how is it so that they have clones that are guaranteed to take a hit without them being damaged at all? Let's be real, a mob or enemy with some real intellect would probably have a chance at lashing out at the real person instead of a clone. Sure, the ailment vulnerability did add a flaw to it but these can easily be countered with vaccines in some cases. This can also be easily compensated with some vitality in a ninja's build. Don't imagine it. I'm pretty sure this balance adjustment was placed in order to incentivise party play for all jobs and having any one job that can solo any boss at will at a fast pace would kind of ruin this idea a little. Pets also fill that gap if you are just looking for MQ kills or so. In this game, people have been using their damage to compete in PvE. For me, this is wrong. I believe what they should really do is actually try to get every one together to defeat something. It is only after this, where they can truly focus on PvP.
