how to play Alchemist without dying

At 1st, I rarely had a problem with dying. I normally walk in with an hp set(50k hp+) and cast poison then run away...(spam thick rev(m)) When I was far enough away to not get hit, I switch to a poison set to double my poison dmg. Then continue running and laughing as the boss dies.(most bosses are weak to this)


Now, I use an auto counter set with negate dmg as the autoskill. With this set I can cast all the skills (a bit slow though) and just stand in front of anything that doesn't one shot me. I almost never die with this, but if I am getting killed in one shot I just go back to my 1st method.

My normal order of skills is:
Defense buff
Blood buff
Speed buff
Drain
Killer stick
Poison
Burn
Curse
Freeze... Freeze... Freeze
Repeat from drain

Not much lives past the freeze...

Kiting is probably the best way to fight until you get a good resist set or autoskill counter set. Your basically a wizard with stronger passive dmg.

I have a very similar set. This is the autoskill counter set with negate dmg I was talking about. If the boss can hit you for more then your current hp, then the counter will not work. So this set is useless in fights where the boss has a room affect that hits hard or if the boss can drop you to 1 hp and then hits u before u can heal. For these bosses you will need an item delay set and use light green eggs, an hp set and spam heal/thick revita/spec revita to stay alive or (my favorite) kite and let poison kill it while wearing a poison set.

For ideas on an item delay set the Le Feu+ I has a second of item delay. Hulam reses has 1.5 sec and Montol Collette has a sec or two.

If you use the le feu in your poison set, you can use 5 quick use and be able to spam items while using poison set. (this is my current project)

Wow if they remove that effect from light green eggs. It will make things very interesting for my sniper....

I hope they are referring to a different bug concerning this item. When I use it I normal die but it resurrects me with 1 hp(all buffs lost). I hope this bug fix is a situation where the character is just not dieing period(buffs not lost).
