The Melee/Magic resistance +10% is a hidden that works on all equipment. The +10 Atk/Matk is only when equipped onto armor.

check the iruna online info.it says When equipped "body", Lv minute Melee increase Melee R +% Magic R +10%.

I'm 10000000000000% sure that, that website has it wrong. I told ya several times, I was not joking. The resistance applies in every equip.
