So i've been playing iruna for a while now to be precise around 3 years about 2-3 months after the beta but in all my years playing iruna i never tried to be a monk until i saw how cool yellow yukata and ceduro combo is :3. Long story short i'm lost with my build and equips that i will be purchasing so i need the help of pro monks in this forum to build my monk stats wise also equip wise. I want a monk that have high dps and a somewhat good enough survivability that doesn't use any veleno xtals since i was traumatized when i bought my samurai the xtal when it was still around 140m and i rarely even use the auto unless i'm grinding baum warriors. My budget is around 300-400m equip wise since i traded my samu with the acc i'm using rn with a lot avas (i have no regrets T^T) i'm now somewhat not as grand and powerful equip wise like my samu (got muramasa+9@226 ziddu and stuff XD). The equips that i'm determined to buy are equips that are somewhat future proof so i will be using them for quite a long time. Ai is not included because i can always cheap out on those. Btw sell muramasa+9@226 ziddu this is what i meant for my monks budget XD

At First I tell you that I'm not a Pro Monk xD. But I can help you a little By giving you a few Advices to make a Monk. And thats Pure DPS Build! If you wanna be some else build just ignore this post xD. So, By reading your post I understand you want to make a claw monk? Mentioning the Ceduro stuff and the Yello Yakayaka.... what was that about? lol/ First you should check Caporal's Monk Guide. He pushed tons of information in one guide xD. That guide might help you a lot choosing what build you wanna be. Currently there are Two types of claw Monks, INT Chakra Monk and STR Pure DPS Monk. Both of them got Pros and Cons so you better check that out on caporal's guide for more Info about these builds. Currently, in Iruna, People want super pure DPS classes. So getting a PT is hard. I really wouldn't recommend having survivability as I never got benifit by survival. I just increased my Killing power and Killed stuffs before I got killed by them lol. But if you want survival, add 100 VIT in your stat. It helps a lot ! So Let's get on Topic! Did you choose your Build? I'm a STR type Monk so I know more about S-Types. If you wanna be I-Type Chakra build monk so ignore this post!' Monks need to play with Autoskills. If you dont use autoskills, you wont be nearly dealing damage as a skill user does. So you would often feel very angry at your DPS. So having Autoskill is pretty important. Currently the most powerful autoskills are Veleno Rosa n' Wyn. Since you didnt wanna go Veleno I suggest this one : Evil Dog Gloves (Upcoming Claw) + Grapagos Ira + Wyn Nasturtium + Raton Catura Talisman + Warrior of Light This gives you pretty good damage. But if you want the highest damage go for Veleno Rosa monk. Nowdays each Xtal cost 50m. So it's kinda cheap. And welcome back to Iruna!

i hate veleno because i need to farm poisonous stuff for my daily lunch when killing something XD also i'm more leaning towards the agi crit int build because having heal will be a great help when my hp is low and hcb didn't proc (did i mention i hate that overused nail build for ninjas? no offense :3). I got wol and my budget ain't that high (unless u want to buy my muramasa for that kind of money that is XD). Does this rabies infected gloves looks good? :3 From what i heard the stats are superb (dang imagine triple attack chance and each attack also procs the wyn auto that would be badass and yes i know this might won't happen btw). Lastly when would these claw/gloves/cut out paws of evil dogs (evil dogs are animals too you know *^*) be released?

You dont really need those Stinky Poison Dangos! All you need is a spec slot called "Aconitum". It auto poisons you. Also NS is goodd. Just poison yourself and switch back to ur original spec. The Poison duration is 30second.

Well firetruck me in the ass mate i should've known earlier that there is a spec that can poison myself before selling my samu (still no regrets T^T) also for str type monks they use veleno right? What about int monks? What auto do they use? Or is veleno the godfather of auto these days? PS: Buy/trade monk equips :3

What about int monks? What auto do they use? Or is veleno the godfather of auto these days? PS: Buy/trade monk equips :3 Int monks can use veleno as well just at a slightly lower damage since at max chakra level it will give something like 1.4 atk per int while you get 2 atk per str, veleno is generally the best since it's damage is essentially equal to the damage you deal at the time of it's procing, so if you deal 20k then each veleno will do pretty much the same damage, but if you don't want to use veleno then use wyn it's damage will be lower since it has a soft cap for it's damage at 10k so it won't be dealing to much over that unless you can deal an insane amount of regular damage but the upside is you won't have to keep using pots or switching gears to poison yourself

i saw some monk using dejarte too. That's a great xtal for int monks since it takes atk and matk into it's damage formula, it's perfect as long as not fighting strong magic using enemies because even with aegis your going to take a lot more magic damage

Just gonna drop by a question here.
Are these equipments good?
Agi/Crt/Int>Vit
Ceduro/Wyn Ira reup/dajarte Daiginjo up/Dajarte Catura/Wol
purple lines with delay reduction al crysta.
Say with a purple lines + 256 crt + Ira reup how many tech and what lvl needed to counter the crt rate reduction?
Lastly, Does 3 or more autoskills can proc at one slash?

@yuhee Your set is great. But for more damage I'd say you should get Veleno Rosa or Triple damage sets.
From what I understand, Aegis lv2 give 40% Magic R. Claw mastery n' other stuffs up it to almost 50%. So we got good Magic R. And for Physical is receiving no hits with EVA or receiving as less hits as possible.
I don't think 2 dajarte would give you as damage as a Triple Damage set (Ik it's pretty popular but after Wyn n' other stuffs are released they got a little low damage). And Aegis n' Magic EVA will b e kinda low.
Now for countering the Daiginjo thingy you need tech 5 and 4.
And, can they proc at one slash? Yes!!
Hope it helps ^^

Thanks for the answer. Last question is... How to use Brionac? hahaha
