I just notice the cast time decrease per number or targets for hwiz. Does same happen for alchemist? <<<<edit i think i was just tired when i posted this lol.

For me, it feels as if the cast time and delay is fixed for some reason. I could be wrong.

Using fluffy mitten and grimoire can maximize ur cspd to almost -1sec casting speed like spamming nemesis of bish yet at the cost of having like +5sd on grimoire and +1sd with fluffy mitten.

I tested this a while back...
1100+ cspd is required to get cast time to 1sec for meteor rain and the skill delay is capped at 2 secs.
850-900 cspd is needed for cursed rain to have a 1 sec cast time and I believe it's also capped at 2 secs skill delay.

I been using uber rod flora bellow of order iniliba clematis reup flora catura iniliba cast time isnt "max" but its fast and it works well for surviving hp attacks whilest grinding  [edit:This post was revived and I didnt notice xD Ill just leave this suggestion here for other readers] |

Using an eventail flora, a spell King ring, fluency on everything, a Maelriel al, and a jusal al I am able to get 1150-1200 cspd with 400+ dex and I only have to swap my weapon.
I lose about 1500 matk by switching my tellas up gerust to eventail reup flora but with 1sec cast times I'm still doing 70k-90k on meteor and on 90k-110k on cursed rain. In fact I don't even need the eventail to 1sec cast cursed rain anymore now that I started using spell King ring. ^_^
