I've been noticing a animation lag when using Rush or any animation cut item, can someone lighten me up?

Hi all. I've been noticing a animation lag when using Rush or any animation cut item, can someone lighten me up? It can be as simple as data connection, I have have the issue since I only have mobile data and it can suddenly drop enough connection to cause lag at times so I experience it all the time |
