hey Krish (Retired Player) , quick question. i noticed that on the smithing section of your guide, for the fail set you said: Here is a set to decrease the success rate in order to save mats (I only recommend this if you are making equips/consumables!) Any Fire/Flame Element Weapon Flaring Sun
but on a different thread, Flame, Ice, Thunder and Rock are more powerful versions of the four main elements. Specifically, weapons with these higher elements grant an extra 10% elemental damage to their lower elements. So if you had a Vritra, you will do 10% more damage against a Fire monster.
the iruna-online.info website also says that vritra (a flame element sword) gets a melee+10% to fire boost. i've been using vritra in my fail set, and without knowing the original success rates i've never realized a difference. wouldn't flame element weapons increase the success rate, or is the damage boost reserved only for battle? (or am i completely misunderstanding fail sets) sorry for the nub question xp Thank you both for the correction. Nah it wasn't a nub question, just me being a nub on that lol

Krish (Retired Player) some observations Cooking & Tailoring: Failwind (15%) beats Libersona (10%)
Carpentry: Myrica NS should beat Carpentry Charm, if your level is 250+ (must use Fire/Flame Element Sword) confirmed fake news UNTESTED Alchemy: If INT + DEX = >300, then White Maid Headdress (6% - 10%) should beat Black Scarf (6%) Chasing: Dark Helm◇Nero◇Nero (38%) beats Nightcap◇Nero (25%) (must use mums credit card) was myrica tested like, a year ago? I'm sure it was mentioned at some point in the past.

Falx is also melee to dark-100% for alchemy, and in the next prod update, Ice Cape will be the best Additional for smithing success.

Falx is also melee to dark-100% for alchemy, and in the next prod update, Ice Cape will be the best Additional for smithing success. Yeah added it alongside Witch Knife, and also yes. Updated the equipment sets. Coming in the future:
- Tests run for Slotting Rates (Might also do 2 slots)
- Additional Production Questions and Answers
- Difficulty List
- Rework of the Production Lists to be more convenient.

quik trivia about items that are hard or impossible to make at max prod (because great successing will create a different item)
useful items that are impossible to make Chocolate (mat for Mokkaparat) Black Gem via great success of raw stone (gems are a mat for prodding elemental beads) Blue Gem via great success of raw stone (alchemist sq item) Green Gem via great success of raw stone Red Gem via great success of raw stone White Gem via great success of raw stone Yellow Gem via great success of raw stone near impossible to make Masamune (mat for Shinuchi variants) Tellurium
useless items that are impossible to make Two Handed Sword (makes Zwei Handler instead) Zephyr Raiment (makes Angel Raiment instead) Luna Rod (makes Artemis Rod instead) Spicy Syrup (makes Sweet Syrup instead) Mythril Ore via Hard Stone (makes Gold Ore instead)
and the few recipes where the more useful great success weapon is not guaranteed cause the recipe level is high Nio Sword (can make Fudo Myoo instead) World Tree Bow (can make Yggdrasil Bow instead) Flower Staff (can make Petal Scream instead) Masamune Shinuchi (can make Muramasa Shinuchi instead)

I have confirmed that Frozen Meat does increase success rate in smithing, & its buff name is [Attack Power], so it can be used together with Water Drink. Flint may also increase success rate in Alchemy. need to test that one.

Lv alchemy from 145-150 hard q.q Its need death ent splinter Haha, I thought it was hard too when I was doing it, because all the recipes before were so easy and fast to do. But then I started leveling carpentry and saw that those 5 lvls in alchemy were nothing. For almost 50 levels in carpentry, 143-191, there are recipes which need death ent splinter and are generally the easiest recipe, so you'll be farming them a lot. There are some levels where there is gear you can make and strengthen, but still you'll need a ton of death ent splinter.
