Leveling alchemy will be easiest one since we had -200 melee to dark (witch knife+grim reaper) and slump ring which decrease prod succses rate by 80% x.x

How much failure rate between Slump Ring and other No-dmg-element specs like Unmelting Ice、Forest Spirit and Flaring Sun？
I think no-dmg specs have -100% rate？

If the material needed to create an equipment is another equipment. Does it need to be slotted to create a slotted equipment? Or it is possible to create Slotted equipments from nonslotted equipment material?

It's random, you can create any of the ff;
from S to NS
from S to S
from NS to NS
from NS to S
and of course crafting slotted gear is usually harder
