Better hp and defense. Good attack and crt. yeah but add in minotaur xtals on their gear and the atk shoots up The moment that the first special sword came out, Minotaur became useless and ATK% xtals provided better ATK boost. Minotaur was only useful because Paladins were building VIT, they were low leveled, and were using normal or magic swords. Special swords can give great ATK if you don't have CRT. But you need CRT so you get -1ATK penalty, which actually gives you lower ATK. I have a VIT/CRT/STR gladiator which I stopped developing after Pillar Blade came out. Berserk became obsolete and it became illogical not to be a skill spammer. I already have a skill spammer which is my Paladin, I didn't want to have another, so I sticked to berserk and I only use my gladiator now to lazy farm low level bosses or tanking multiple mobs for grind. Glads take good advantage of elemental swords so the only good direction is to use these, which means you must become STR based and later on increase your DPS via skill spam. The benefits of VIT is that you get big HP pool and your regen is high. Good for survivability but not so much. You'd be better off killing mobs/bosses faster than rough it out with them because you don't have mitigation skills like a Pally. Actually, once you have tried using a Paladin, you would feel that a Gladiator looks so naked in terms of defense and tanking, which is probably why Asobimo introduced massive skin on them.

208 atm can I get some input on going more dex oriented so I rely on skill delay gear less (goal is ultimi only) and have more equipment freedom sacrificing vit or should I go back to vit once dex is where I originally pleased (at 114)

So I am new to the game, and I want to start a Gladiator.
For the str/crit/vit, would I just distribute evenly among the three of them?

So I am new to the game, and I want to start a Gladiator. For the str/crit/vit, would I just distribute evenly among the three of them? You don't really need as much VIT, you should first focus on CRT, first put str crt vit evenly till you reach 30-50 VIT, then put 2 lvls CRT 1 lvl STR, till CRT is maxed. To round it up you can continue to put 2 lvls STR, 1 lvl DEX, or 2 lvls STR and 1 lvl DEX. So it would be STR 1 CRT 1 VIT 1 Till vit is 30 or 50 (or whatever you think is enough to survive) Then CRT 3 CRT 3 STR 3 till CRT is maxed Then either STR 3 STR 3 DEX 3 or STR 3 STR3 VIT 3 This is only my recommendation, you can do it however you want but I found this way to be convenient to level with if you don't want to use a Stefly's Book.

So I am new to the game, and I want to start a Gladiator. For the str/crit/vit, would I just distribute evenly among the three of them? I would follow ryukengan's advice if you are already familiar with the game. But since you are new in the game, I would try to suggest to invest heavy on CRT (or even max it) before placing any point in STR. This is because I assume that you have little resources to accommodate low CRT, nor would you have resources to take advantage of STR via xtals. His build advise is also preparing you for Pillar Blade which is a LvL200 skill (very far off from where you are if you are new to the game). I reckon you will live as a berserker for a quite a period of time so you don't have to think about DEX until you know better or until you get to LvL160+. Although stats are important, I realize that gears are more important. In fact, berserkers do not work as efficient now than the early Iruna stages because of lack of gears. So, if you can get a guild to help you, I would suggest you get these items first: Helshaft sword/Throw Knife (+30 crit rate) Schwartz/Shiorito Armor (+10 crit rate, you need to use a sword if you go shiorito) Seahorse Bangle (+1500HP) They are very cheap in non-slotted forms and they provide great relief to what you lack in stat points and for being low level. From there, you learn as much as you can and be able to decide better gears and adjust accordingly.

hi guys! normaly i'd be the one to give advise on glad builds but due to some reasons, i had to stop playing for a while.. so ok,i'm back and got surprised big time coz of the new stuff..
im currently @ lvl 191 with str/crt = 247 vit = 95 i was wondering what to salvage on my current gear which are
rtengu +8(bc) shiroito up +8(bossheit) // exelis +8 (empty) hornedhelm +8(bossheit) rosering (bc) to (beelzenoid) and knight gauntlet
i was advised that i can go better with xtals but i'd like to have a glad with high damage that can go berserk and pillar but can still tank like hell
i was advised to go with rtengu II +8/9(plazuda) exelis Up +8/9(magonza) vanregal +8/9(vida) <- dunno the item nor the xtal.. this coz i just got back.. rose ring or knight gauntlet (beelzenoid)

Hi, I need help with my stat build. It's been a year since I played Iruna and I started playing again a few weeks ago.
Lvl 59 Str 34 Int 30 Vit 32 Agi 34 Dex 30 Crit 30
Yes, I know, I fucked up my stats. What build should I go for with these? I prefer to go solo most of the time and I take a lot of damage from magic attacks. I need a good lvl of survivability with a high dps.
Can you also recommend me xtals and equipments and where can I get them? Sorry, I'm quite low on spina at the moment cause I'm just on free play.

Equips Sauro Blade+6 Chainmail+6 Headguard+6 Fine Carving You need to focus on str and crt. Leave the rest to vit. Or have 115 dex for pillar spam build. Gears should have crit+ critical damage+ atk+ and a little of vit+ or hp+ For a stater set you could use Red tengu boss colon Shiroito boss colon Horned helm boss colon Knight gauntlet ns or atleta ns or rose ring. Or use dragonewt bangle and put in boss colon Why boss colon? Cos its cheap. And this is just starter set. Work your way up for better equipment. And if possible re-stat your build.

Yes you may, and its the best one u can get for a gladiator at the moment ok well since new gear has been released ive tinkerd with the old dps mail build and sword build and i can 100% say i love nail far more in terms of dps and survivability.my glad atm has 25k hp medium dps 4-7k on megas depending on double atck and 620 evade with 340 def non buffed. With regenerate i can just tap and watch as my little 185 gladi kicks theyre ass for very easy lvling so now i can pump full str for all the dmg i need. Love fox

has any one of you guys tried
str 256 crt 256 vit 160 agi 140
just wondering if this would also be ok
main points to ponder : you can still tank get dodge chances @ 160vit you get 22k HP at full buffs // 140 agi adds to increased sword atkspeed makes you kill faster inshort when using a sword + you can switch to claw when you want..
confusing it maybe,it all depends on how a player will use his glad and with lvl90 apostolia on str vit agi crt?? i don't know why you can go wrong..
Spamming pillar is the best way to do maximum damage in a short time with a gladiator. but when you mob, dodge is also needed, when you use ezperanza, look on the atkspeed still..
