I just wondering anyone knows which type that gives more advantages to Oath damage between Element Weapon VS Melee+% to Element Weapon?
E.g : Light Element Weapon against Dark Element mobs/boss VS Weapon with effect of Melee+10% to Dark against Dark Element mobs/boss

Element weapon(that has one element) will give the damage equal to Melee+20% to ____ element(that are weak for that specific element). Universal element will give only Melee+10% to the six elements. Four-element weapon will give Melee+15%(based on jp wiki, but I have never test this) to main four elements. For example, if you have light bow with Melee+10% to dark xtal, you will have Melee+30% to dark. Also, with gloria, you will have Melee+80% to dark. That is all about it. I might be wrong let someone confirm this again one more time.

One more thing which weapon better between that has ATK+% on them and the specific Melee+% to element against the element (e.g ATK+10% no element against Dark VS the Melee+10% to Dark only against Dark) ?

It depends on what you have for overall gear. If you have +65%atk and Melee+70% already, I would prefer +10%atk. If you have +75%atk and Melee+70%, I will go for Melee+10%. The concept is the same as balancing between cri dmg and atk like some classes do.
