I click on skip to skip thru message then it pulls up same thing even if I click on skip thru message or next it repeat it over and over

It cutscene in rokoko plains for lvl 70 dark Knight I think

During the cutscene,try pressing the directional button up as quickly as possible after pressing skip.That's what I did.
