Has anyone purchased an item or some kind of deal from the gift shop and did not show up in-game after the purchase?
I ask because I just purchased two of the bag deal where you get a better chance to win a Smiths Hammer (allows you to slot your weapon). 1st purchase was no good (as in no Smiths's)... but the 2nd time I purchased it, it showed that I did in fact get the Smith's Hammer. I logged into the game and found out its not in the coin tab! I even scrolled other tabs just incase and nothing! So I sent a mail via contact. I will update this thread once I hear back from them.
Has anyone else faced such issues before? I should have took a screen picture... but I don't want to do that everytime i buy something. I am sure they got some sort of system to keep track of all the processed item purchases (hopefully).

I just recently come back after a 2 month hiatus, decided to buy tickets to chase after 220 and 240 skills (i need that quick skill). Well, my silver ticket was not activated, only gold and bronze Sent ticket, almost a week now. No response yet -.- |

UPDATE:
... I just found out the mistake I made. When I purchased the Autumn Bag from gift shop, I clicked that button to continue purchasing... which brought me back to the purchase page. This is why I thought I won the Smith's Hammer because when you click that button, it will go back to the purchase page that lists all the items you "could" win and the Smith Hammer just happens to be located where the first rare item shows when you buy the bag. -.- I only realized this when I visited the gift shop again today for another round of trying to get the hammer.
Ignore my initial comment. It was my mistake and not the Asimbo's.
