I was taking a month off of iruna to focus on graduating school and I log into iruna as usual to see everyone and I see that my Setsuna(with solid white star) and my alt character isn't there. I've tried deleting and reinstalling and selecting same email I've always used and nothing changed. It's also been confirmed by two of my friends online that my character is still on their friend list. I'm guessing that it isn't deleted yet its not in my control which it should be. I'd like to know how to regain my character back asap so I don't lose everything x.x

I hope it all gets straightened out . I really don't feel like starting over for the umpteenth time xD

I'm pretty sure they won't so anything even though the data is on their side of things somewhere. I had a month or so where my phone was screwing up and I hadn't made a backup, and I sent two emails with the same idea that the character data has to be on their servers but they sent a 'non-reply' and a standard issue 'sorry for the inconvenience' or something like that followed by a copy pasted reminder of how to backup your data. Idk they don't seem to get involved. But I wish you best of luck.
