um. the next skill quests u will get is at lvl 160. but guardian is obtained at the king in elban. btw, this shld be placed under pally section i think

skill level 160: king elbano @ elban & levia @ port spargas
skill level 180 till level 220 or 240 idk: levia @ port spargas
from now on all 3rd tier classes refer to the same npc for skill acquirement so you can just ask anyone. sniper, high wizard, name it.
