Went online to forums from months of hiatus xD My Enchanter just got to 180 and took the Origins Quest (from Port Spargas) One of the items needed were the Red Fins dropped by Iron Theus in Fort Slebinus (where boss Asimov is). I went from Fort Bailune > Marel Epicenter > Fort Slebinus Area 4 (Where Azimov is). But as my Enchanter tried to go in Area 3 where the Iron Theus are abundant, there came the black screen with the white text "Download Failed". After this I'll get taken to the Title Screen. I attempted to go in several times but in my 5th retry to enter, this is where the loop started. My enchanter goes back online, and shows the download failed text, back to title screen. I couldn't move him out of there. His totally inaccessible now. I went online with my HW and took the same route my Enchanter took. For some stupid reason the same situation happened to him. I went to my Bishop, tped to Eryldan Desert>Notul Plains and got in Fort Slebinus Area 1. Relieved at this point. But as I tried to go to Area 2.... boom "Download Failed". Luckily my Bishop avoided the death loop. Notes to be taken: This was just hours after update of May 19, 2016 (11am-2pm GMT). I tried clearing data, force stop, uninstalling, using Mobile Data etc. None worked. I think this is a bug, and not my phone's prob (using Samsung Galaxy S3). I already sent the form in iruna-online.com/sc_form but I want to hear if this is also happening to other people. That enchanter and HW of mine had the lot of my money xD Hope Asobimo replies with some good news when their operating hours come. |

This happened to me @ the field map before Sianas II. 3 of my characters were stucked there. But, that is a long time ago.
I wanna farm an Ambition when that happened so I tried to access the map using other chars sadly same thing happened.
I remember I used a VPN app to escape that traumatizing experience.

This happened to me @ the field map before Sianas II. 3 of my characters were stucked there. But, that is a long time ago. I remember I used a VPN app to escape that traumatizing experience. This is embarrassing but what's a VPN app xD And ty for the reply  And also is this proven to be a bug on my device only? |

I don't really know what VPN has something to do with this issue but when I came accross some issues these vpn apps are the one I go for initially. It happened to me before so I think its not an isolated case. However, it is obviously a bug. In most cases internet is the culprit when you have poor quality connection the data must've been corrupted. Thats the email I received before from support |

Happened to me while farming oritius... I lost connection in the fight and boom... each time I choose char it says download failed and log out again... if I remember correctly I think I had to clear iruna data or something like this to get back in...

This happened to me today too. My character was stuck for hours. I had to keep trying to access inventory and tp the heck out of there. It worked but i cant access area 2-3 fort slebenia. I also sent a message to the Iruna support team today. Hopefully they fix it soon

Okay good news. (I love Iruna omg) There's gonna be an emergency maintenance from 6:30-7pm (GMT) to fix the bugs of download fails from certain maps. Anyways thank you for the replies and I like how Iruna immediately responded to this. Cheers!
