Gusys i have a big problem yesterday before the maintenance i think iruna authentication goes ok and i could start.
when i tryed to start iruna some hour after it wont authenticate and it keep going like this till now.
I already istall the upgrade for the game and still not works so i unistall iruna and then istall online and dont work in plus now when it says authentication failed the only option is end up before unistalling was 2 end up and go to the web page, guys please help me T.T

I already istall the upgrade for the game and still not works so i unistall iruna and then istall online and dont work in plus now when it says authentication failed the only option is end up before unistalling was 2 end up and go to the web page, guys please help me T.T Try doing this: 1: if using android, click settings- applications-scroll down to iruna- click clear data. 2: after that, click accounts and sync- add account- and create an entirely new gmail account. 3: open iruna and log in using the new gmail account if it still says authentication failed, then you may be banned. let me know if that doesnt work. ill continmue to try and help you. |

Also, make sure that your internet is working properly. If youre using WIFI, try resetting your router by unplugging it from the wall, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in.

Im not using wifi so i dont think is a net problem;
I have just tried to do a new account but it doesnt work anyway T.T

So you think that i was banned? If it is true I really dont know the reason i always help other playersif i can, never use bots (dont know that they exist till yesterday) and i play regular almost everyday i also have friends and talk to them so i dont belive that they suspect that im not real  |

I would go to google play store, click iruna page and look at the comments from people who are using the same device as you. If you begin to notice a pattern in the inability to log on, then its possible that iruna no longer supports your device.

I also have this problem, except that it occurred to me on the 30th April. And I also don't think I've been banned. It also doesn't show the : go to webpage option. Good luck to the two of you ^^ Thank you for suggestion ^^ , actually I have already contacted them... Hopefully my account be fixed before the 6 days of free avatar box releases ( was looking really forward to it T,T). I was thinking it it would probably work on another phone ... to bad I don't have another android or iOS T.T. I was also looking forward to playing with my ninja which just became lvl 140 (and doing doc). Thank you again for your suggestion ^^ ( really sad _sob_) . |
