Im not sure if anyone can help you if you dont remember the email for your account. If you have any purchase history on that account you can try contacting Asobimo, tho in not sure if it will help.
If you know the email, but forgot the password try all those forgot passward methods or contact google.
Now if you dont have the email account, have no purchase history and just knows the name of the character is unlikely that anyone can help you, since you would have no proof that character actually belongs to you.
Im locking this thread since there is nothing we can do for you. Asobimo and Google support would be your best bet to solve this problem.
